There is no lab or professor in Insandro. Instead all new trainers, breeders, knights, etc... must get their first pokemon from Princess Sakura in her garden. Or if she isn't there one of her servants shall help you. The Garden is home to all different types of pokemon and it is the Princess's job to give them to her people as their first pokemon, just like it was his mother's job before her and will be her daughter's job after her. Sometimes her little sister even gives out the pokemon.
However thieves, and members of Scarlett Shadows aren't allowed to get their pokemon here. They must get theirs from the Scarlett Shadows' boss over in Abeeku.
Starter pokemon are all generated randomly, however dragon type pokemon aren't given out unless your post through out the whole thread is 1000+ words. Of if you don't want a dragon pokemon you can request the pokemon to be shiny instead.
All pokemon start at level 5. You choose gender and personality.
